Dynamic of Questioning And the perception of the questioned as to what is intended

What is the connection between what is perceived as true and what is said? Can there be any misunderstanding between the way of saying and what is said?

when the pop in of questions are popped out deliberately by the questioned, the questioned becomes a question to the questioner - as to whether the questioned rightly understood what has been addressed to him or is he blocked by the false perception that he is questioned for the sake of questioning? 

There is a simultaneous or mutual becoming of questions to oneself and to the other in the dialectic of questioning.
